Leaving Kuya’s house with a heavy heart

I’m not quite sure if I would go to the Jedi position or the dark position regarding where this article would go. This is about a girl named Gaby de la Merced. We all know her from her driving stint, wow-ed us with her daring FHM issue, and woke us up from her opinionated tit-tats at Kuya’s house.
Her passion for the said racing game is quite amazing. She cried and talked about her racing stint. She told everyone that all her funds came from her own pocket. Up until now she might be looking for a very generous person that would help her achieve her goals.
But the stars weren’t there to help her with her destiny. It was a big slap when she found out that she’s being considered for a racing scholarship abroad. Twenty-four hours were given and finally she bowed out of the “reality” game.
Personally, she might not make the final four. Why? Simple. She won’t get the class C/class D crowd vote. Her crying over her passion would be “a babaw cry” for some. And her opinions could’ve made her “mayabang” for some.
I’m just playing the devil here. I, for one, like her in Kuya’s house. But would you really vote for her every time she gets nominated? I believe only the hungry-male crowd would do such things and they’d rather save Riza than her IMHO.
So, I guess Gaby made the right choice after all. Good luck with your endeavors.

Sino yung Mariel’s friend? Zanjoe ikaw ba yun?
Kagabi ay pinakita ang special task ni Mariel na magpicture ng mga housemates sa kanilang pinaka hindi glamorosang look at ng housemate na may pinakamaduming paa. Ang mahirap lang sa task na ito ay secret ito at hindi dapat malaman ng mga housemates na kumukuha siya ng litrato. Naging matagumpay naman si Mariel kahit na nung una ay natakot siya na baka makita siya ni Megan. Buti na lang hindi.
At dahil successful siya sa kanyang task binigyan siya ng proze ni Kuya. Ano yung prize? Binigyan siya ng chance to call two people. Ang una niyang tinawagan ay ang kanyang lolo. Binati lang naman ito ni Mariel ng Happy Birthday dahil hindi niya ito nabati noon dahil nga nasa loob siya ng Bahay ni Kuya.
Ang panagalawang tawag naman ay hindi ipinaalam kung sino. Nag-beep kasi nung binati ni Mariel yung kanyang friend. Parang “Hello, hi
Siyempre natuwa si Mariel at parang nalungkot din since na-miss niya talaga yung ‘friend’ niyang ito. Kung friend lang ba ito? Bakit ganun ang naging reaction ni Mariel? Ok fine, maybe may super close friend lang si Mariel na ayaw ng publicity. Or maybe since ayaw pang umamin ng dalawa e hindi muna pinangungunahan ng PBB crew kung ano nga ang meron ang dalawa. Tama kaya ako? Sino sa palagay niyo yung tinawagan ni Mariel? Si Zanjoe nga ba ito?
Will, willingly loses to Riza?
While riding mini-pedal trikes, the housemates had to outwin one another in this week’s Grand Prix to be the next Head of Household.
The housemates had to finish one lap for the first three qualifying rounds.
First round: Yayo, Mariel, Ethel and Riza (winner)
Second round: Victor, Jon and Will (winner)
Third round: Mcoy, Gaby and Ruben (winner)
For the final round (3 laps), Riza, Will and Ruben were contending for the Head of Household title. On Kuya’s signal, all three of them started to pedal, but Will was noticeably not doing his best on purpose (since he was obviously good during the qualifying round). Was this to help Riza take the lead? Ruben, on the other hand, was close behind. He nearly overtook Riza on the final lap, only if Will didn’t block his way.
Hmm…can this be love? 
Crush lang siguro 
But it was sweet of Will to give way to Riza, even if he had a strong chance of winning and enjoying the perks of being Head of Household. Sorry Ruben, naharangan ka pa tuloy.
OA lang ba si Mariel?
Last night, Big Brother gave Mariel a letter with Toni being the messenger of this letter. Sabi ni Big Brother kay Toni, hindi dapat malaman ng ibang housemates ang tungkol sa sulat na iyon. Pati yata sa mga viewers hindi pa pinapaalam kung para saan ang sulat na ‘yun. Kaya lang from Mariel’s reaction, mukhang tungkol yung sulat sa paglabas niya. Hula lang naman yun, yun din naman yung iniisip ni Mariel. Mariel could be wrong, parang ni hindi niya pa nga nabuklat yung sulat. Unless hindi na lang pinakita kagabi… Anyway, kung totoo ngang lalabas na si Mariel, mas matindi pa yung paglabas niya kaysa sa pagpasok niya. Pagpasok niya, I’m gonna die! 2x ang drama niya na understandable naman dahil nga sino ba naman ang hindi magkakaroon ng nervous breakdown kung ikukulong ka sa isang bahay at di ka paalisin. Kagabi naman todo ang iyak, hindi ko nga alam kung anung term yung dapat gamitin, kung iyak ba yun, o hikbi, or whatever. Siyempre nalulunkgot siya na aalis na siya. Ang hirap kasi hindi niya alam kung ano ba talaga siya. Feeling ko kasi nag-eexpect si Mariel na sia siyang regular housemate. Ako rin nung una akala ko ganun, kasi nga sa pag-uusap nila ng manager niyang si Boy Abunda, parang regular housemate siya at Boy even wished for her to win. Yun kasi yung mahirap kay Mariel dito. She doesn’t even know what she is, or what happens next for her. Parang nakabitin siya at anytime she can be pulled out. So what can I say about her crying last night? I don’t really know what to say. Siguro ang sasabihin ng iba, ‘ang arte naman ni Mariel’ or ‘ang OA niya naman.’ Kayo what do you think?
New season, new look
Hi guys. Two weeks na ang Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 pero hindi pa rin ako masyadong nakakapag-post ng mga bagay bagay. Hindi pa kasi ako masyadong nakakapanood. Pero anyway, thanks pa rin sa pagvisit ng site na to. Hopefully I could write more in the next few days. Dapat lang may internet connection na ko sa bahay e. Dati sa office lang ako nagsusulat ng updates for this site. Hehe. Kung napansin niyo, may new look na rin yung site. Minor changes lang naman pero hopefully you’ll like it. Another update about this site, Tatlo na kaming nagcocontribute sa site na ‘to. Dati kasi ako lang at yung webmaster. Ngayon, may nadagdag na isa pa. At least ngayon may female point of view na rin. Mas exciting na kasi kahit kaming mga contributors pwedeng mag-away away dahil sa iba’t ibang naming opiyon about the housemates, about Big Brother, o kahit ano pa. Jen, Hindi tanggap ang paglabas sa bahay ni Kuya
Alam naman nating lahat na na-evict na ang isa sa 2-in-1 housemates sa loob ng bahay na si Jen at Marylaine last Saturday. Kahapon medyo nasilip ko sa The Buzz yung interview ng dalawang 26k housemates, at kitang-kita naman sa iyak ni Jen na hindi pa rin niya matanggap na naalis na sya sa bahay.
Wait a minute! Rewind tayo ng konti. Nung unang araw pa lang na pumasok si Marylaine sa bahay ni Kuya, nalaman na nya, together with Donni Geisler, na 2-in-1 housemates sila ni Jen, who is a former 26k member na naalis dahil sa hindi nya makasundo ang iba pang mga kasama. Ayun na nga, napilitang makihiram ni Marylaine ng gamit kay Jen, dahil hindi binigay ni Kuya ang luggage nya. Parte yun ng kailangan nyang pagdaanan sa pagiging “package deal” nila ni Jen.
Obviously, hindi naging masaya si Marylaine. Feeling ko nga yun ding sama ng loob na yun ang naging dahilan kung bakit naging aloof si Marylaine sa simula ng stay nya sa bahay ni Kuya. Isipin nyo naman, ang hirap na ngang mag-adjust sa mga bagong kasama at sa isang bahay na puno ng camera, tapos mag-aadjust ka pa na wala kang sariling gamit. Huhu, nakakalungkot yun.
Naisip ko rin, syempre kahit papaano kilala na ni Marylaine si Jen, kasi nga nagkasama na sila sa labas na bahay, so hindi malayong kinabahan din sya nang malaman nya ang set-up na magkasama sila. Siguro naisip nya, kung hindi nakasundo ni Jen ang 26k girls, e may probability din na hindi nya makasundo yung mga housemates sa loob. Makes sense naman diba?
Anyway, forward naman tayo ng konti, nung nalaman na nga ni Jen na 2-in-1 housemates sila ni Marylaine at na-nominate lamang sya dahil sa mga boto ni Marylaine, e halos magwala sya. Well, I can say, she could come across na isang palengkera for some people. Tahimik nga lang si Marylaine nun e. Sobrang sinisi ni Jen si Marylaine for what happened.
Three things, hindi ginusto ni Marylaine na maging 2-in-1 sila ni Jen, at most definitely hindi nya gustong ma-nominate (sino ba?), at alam ko namang hindi nya gustong madamay si Jen sa pagiging nominado nya.
Eto lang masasabi ko, oo wala na silang magagawa sa pagiging nominado nilang dalawa, but for Jen to totally blame Marylaine for them being evicted? Sobra naman yun. Alam ko feeling ni Jen super gustong-gusto sya ng housemates inside, pero for her to think na ganon din ang feeling ng mga tao sa labas na boboto? Hmm…hindi naman automatic yun. Ang laki nga ng difference ng boto ni Megan versus the two girls e. This could just mean na kung hindi man masyadong gusto ng mga tao si Marylaine, hindi rin nila gusto si Jen enough to vote for them and save them.
So why blame it all on Marylaine? Nahirapan naman din sya sa set-up, if not mas nahirapan kay Jen. Kung ako kay Jen, tanggapin na lang nya ang nangyari and just focus on the good things she learned during the short time that they stayed inside the house. Yun ay kung meron nga (meron naman siguro). E mas marami pa yatang mga nanay ang kinabahan sa naughty image na ipinakikita nya sa loob nga bahay kaysa sa bumoto sa kanila e.
O sya, tama na ‘to. Kaya dapat laging tandaan ng mga natitirang housemates, bukod sa pakikisama sa loob ng bahay, boto ng tao sa labas ng bahay ang magliligtas sa kanila. So dapat pakita nila na karapat-dapat silang iboto, at karapat-dapat silang mag-stay.
Sa ngayon ba, sino sa tingin nyo ang pinakamalakas na contender sa pagiging PBB Celebrity Season 2 Big Winner? Hindi pa kasi ako makapili e, it’s too early for me to tell. Kaya abangan na lang natin ang mga susunod na mangyayari sa loob nga bahay ni Kuya!

At least may panalong line na agad ang isa sa mga housemates kahit kakaumpisa pa lang ng PBB Celebrity Edition 2. Hehe. So what do I think about Mariel Rodriguez being a housemate? Ok naman. I even want her to win. Siguro dahil siya lang sa mga housemates yung hindi napaghandaan yung pagpasok sa Big Brother house. Actually naawa nga ako nung hindi na siya palabasin e ang dapat lang naman niyang gawin e ihatid si Jon Avila sa loob ng bahay. Yung ibang tao nainis sa kanya for acting that way. OK fine OA siya pero masisisi mo ba siya? Maarte at sosyal siya, so ganun talaga siya. Ang hindi ko lang maintindihan e nung pumasok siya, parang hindi naintidihan ng ibang housemates yung lagay niya. They even asked kung bakit nagkaka-ganun siya at kung ayaw niya ba sa kanila. Housemates that’s not the point. Or kahit na yung remark nung isa na nobody is ready. Hello, si Mariel umalis ng bahay niya, pumunta sa ABS-CBN nung araw na yun para magtrabaho. Tapos bigla na lang sasabihin sa kanya na hindi na siya makakalabas. E kung nangyari kaya sa kanila yun, hello. I’m getting a vibe na mixed reactions ang kuha ng mga manonood kay Mariel. Sana hindi naman negative. I think she’s a good addtion sa Bahay ni Kuya. At least para may maarteng may K sa loob ng bahay ni Kuya. What do you think?
Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition Season 2
To all those who still visit this site, thank you! I apologize for the delay of my writing about Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edtition Season 2. I haven’t watched as closely as I have for the past few seasons but here’s what I think so far. I think the list of the celebrity housemates is ok. There’s a good mix of men and women who act like girls and boys, unheard of names and familiar faces, and various types of personalities. This early I’m not so sure who’s going to win but Ethel seems to be a good candidate to win it all–unless she’s forced evicted somewhere along the way. For the guys, I’m not so sure who’ll get fan support but it seems that many are fond of commercial model Will. Hmmm… ok fine, ayoko na mag-English…
So sino ang feeling kong maalis sa 1st eviction? Mukhang yung Deal or No Deal girls. Obvious naman e, unless walang bumoto kay Maegan. Bakit nga pala na-nominate si Maegan? Ayaw ba siya ng ibang housemates?
Everybody hates Wendy
Well I guess except for Bruce… Hehe…
Is ABS-CBN doing a demolition job for Wendy and Bruce? I’m not so sure but it would seem that way if you hear the reaction of most people about what Wendy has been doing inside the PBB house right after the ‘in your face’ activity of selecting who doesn’t deserve to be on the Big Four. What has she done? She got drunk which made her say a lot of hurtful things. Though I think she still would have said a lot of things even without alcohol intake. Anyway, it doesn’t end there since when the next day came, Wendy didn’t want to cook for Gee-ann and Bea. Sa bagay mas mabuti na yun kaysa naman na pakainin niya itong si Bea at Gee-ann ng pagkaing may lason. Hehe. At siyempre grabe ang parinig ni Wendy sa kanyang mga housemates. Naging conclusion pa nga ni Wendy na ang may inggit talaga ay si Gee-ann and not the other way around. (Logical kasi yung other way around since pwedeng mainggit si Wendy kay Gee-ann kasi nga mayaman si Gee-ann.) I think ang pinaka hurtful na sinabi ni Wendy about Gee-ann is that si Gee-ann may Pamela kasi manika lang ang kayang makipagkaibigan sa kanya. Balikan ba pa yun? Super na ang pag-attack ni Wendy. Hay naku Wendy, sana ay magpalamig ka ng ulo bago ka magsalita. Konting conrtol lang hija. Hindi mo na kasi mababawi ang mga salitang binitawan mo. Sana pag-isipan mo muna ang lahat bago ka maglabas ng galit mo at awayin ang ibang tao. Sana ma-relalize mo na plastik din ang magparinig. Kung nagagalit ka, sabihin mo ng harapan. I-confront mo si Gee-ann at Bea. Diba?
What will e the ultimate effect of all these chaos inside the house? Does it look like Wendy and Bruce are on their way out? How will all these affect Gee-ann? Will this pull her down too (wala lang kasi baka mainis na rin yung tao sa kanya sa pagiging iyakin)? I’m very much excited on what will happen in the next few days. But in the end I hope and wish they all settle everything since they all started as friends and I hope they all end up still as friends.
Two weeks to go
It’s been quite a while since I last wrote an entry. Thanks to those who still visit and comment on this site, I still get to be informed on what’s happening inside the PBB house. I’ve missed a lot of possible new threads for discussion with my inability to write for the past few weeks. There’s Nel’s ailing grandmother, Saicy’s eviction, the boys’ night out, the face to face nomination, Gee-ann’s two love interests, the love triangle of Brendy and Nel, Gee-ann and Bruce’s plastic issues, Gee-ann and Wendy’s issues, the girls’ night out, Uma’s return inside the PBB house, and the latest happpening which is Robert’s eviction.
With Robert evicted, seven housemates remain with only two weeks to go for the Big Night at the Big Dome. I’m not so sure how the last three evictees will come out since there is only one more weekend before the Big Night. Will we see someone being forced to leave? Will Big Brother invent a case against one of the housemates just so one could be penalized with forced eviction? I’m thinking Big Bro would call Nel to the confession room and tell him that he cries too much and because of that he’ll be forced to leave. Hehe. Okay, it’s just an example. Another scenario would be for someone to voluntarily choose to leave the house. The perfect candidate for that would be Gee-ann. I like Gee-ann and I think she deserves to be part of the Big Four but the idea of voluntary exit already crossed her mind. She doesn’t need the prize anyway. But PBB isn’t just about the prize so we’ll see. Anyway so much with those scenarios, if I were to choose, my Big Four would be Gee-ann, Mickey, Bea, and Nel. Kayo? Sino ang Big Four niyo? Any violent reactions?
