Ngayong Gabi sa PBB Celebrity Edition 2

Anu-ano nga ba ang nangyari ngayong gabi sa Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2?

  1. Naglaro ang mga housemates ng isang relay game sa pool. Boy versus Girls. Kailangang magcross dress ng mga housemates, lumoblob sa pool, tumawid, at bumalik sa pinaggalingan, at hubarin ang cross dress na damit at ibigay sa susunod na housemate. Ang unang team na matapos ay magkakamit ng isang Night Out. Nanalo ang mga babae. Siguro dahil gentleman lang talaga ang mga housemates.
  2. Bilang premyo, binigyan ni Kuya ng Girl’s Night Out ang mga babae. Pinagsilihan ng mga guy housemates ang mga girls sa pamamagitan ng isang presentation, at masahe. Tuwang-tuwa ang mga girl housemates sa presentation ng mga guy housemates na parang nag- the Full Monty sa kanilang ginawa. Hindi ko lang alam kung ano ang mas ikinatuwa ng mga girl housemates kung yung presentation ba o yung attire ng mga guy housemates na naka boxers lamang at nakatakip na tuwalya.
  3. Nagkaroon din ng audition para sa magiging newscaster ng Pinoy Big Brother Balita. Ang Pinoy Big Brother Balita ay ginawa upang mabigayan naman ng ideya ang mga housemates kung ano na ang nagyayari sa labas ng bahay. Pero siyempre since game pa rin ito, ang ilan sa mga balita ay kathang isip lamang. Nabahala ang mga housemates sa audition piece na ipinabasa sa kanila dahil tungkol ito sa pagsabog sa Glorietta. Sa audition naman ay nakakatawa talaga ang ilan sa mga housemates tulad nila Riza at lalo na si Will.
  4. Napili para magbalita sina Ethel at Ruben. Ang ilan sa mga binalita nila ay ang pagpasok umano ni Akon sa bahay ni Kuya, ang pag-extend daw ng Big Brother ng 2 linggo which means doon sila magpa-Pasko at Bagong taon sa bahay, ang pagsabi ng isang housemate na user daw ang isang guy housemate dahil lang gusto nitong makahanap ng loveteam, at ang pakikipag-date sa iba ng isang special friend ng isang celebrity housemate (imbento lamang ito pero mukhang super affected itong si Mariel, baka bukas makita natin kung affected nga ba itong si Mariel, Hmmm…. abangan!!! susunod!!!).Nakakatuwa sila Ethel at Ruben dahil meron din silang komentaryo at dialogue pagkatapos nilang basahin ang balita.

Ang nakaraan sa PBB Celebrity Edition 2

Kagabi ay pinalabas sa PBB Primetime ang pagpasok ni Kris Aquino sa Bahay ni Kuya. Pinagluto ni Kris ang mga housemates. Nagustuhan naman ng mga housemates ang hinanda ni Kris para sa kanila. Nakipagkuwentuhan si Kris sa mga housemates at siyempre Kris was at her usual self. Tinanong nga ni Kris kung ganun ba talaga palagi si Celebrity housemate/beauty queen Riza since napansin niya ang poise nito.

Ibinalita din ni Kris sa mga housemates na may mga regalong naghihintay sa mga celebrity housemates na kanila namang kinuha. Nakakuha naman halos lahat ng housemates ng mga regalo puwera lang si English outcast Jon Avila. Hindi rin naman pinakita lahat ng housemates habang binuksan nila isa-isa ang kanilang mga natanggap. Pili lamang ang pinakita kagabi malamang dahil sa time constraints. Ang mga naalala ko lang ay ang gift kay Yayo na face powder na galing sa kanyang derma, ang sulat para kay Ruben, isang sulat din para kay Ethel, at isang kopya ng magazine na cover ang ex-girlfriend ni Will Devaughn. Pagkatapos nito ay iniwan na ni Kris ang mga housemates upang pumunta sa confession room.

Pinakaba ni Kuya si Kris dahil na rin sa nakalagay na maleta sa loob ng confession room. Inaasar din kasi ng mga housemates si Kris na hindi na ito makakalabas. Tinanong si Kris kung Deal or No deal at ang sagot niya ay No deal. Buti na lang joke joke lang yun. Kasi malamang na magalit yun pag hindi na siya pinalabas sa bahay. Si Kris Aquino yata yun, she could easily pull a lot of strings or just by her sheer will lagot si Kuya pag nagalit si Kris.

Leaving Kuya’s house with a heavy heart

I’m not quite sure if I would go to the Jedi position or the dark position regarding where this article would go. This is about a girl named Gaby de la Merced. We all know her from her driving stint, wow-ed us with her daring FHM issue, and woke us up from her opinionated tit-tats at Kuya’s house.

Her passion for the said racing game is quite amazing. She cried and talked about her racing stint. She told everyone that all her funds came from her own pocket. Up until now she might be looking for a very generous person that would help her achieve her goals.

But the stars weren’t there to help her with her destiny. It was a big slap when she found out that she’s being considered for a racing scholarship abroad. Twenty-four hours were given and finally she bowed out of the “reality” game.

Personally, she might not make the final four. Why? Simple. She won’t get the class C/class D crowd vote. Her crying over her passion would be “a babaw cry” for some. And her opinions could’ve made her “mayabang” for some.

I’m just playing the devil here. I, for one, like her in Kuya’s house. But would you really vote for her every time she gets nominated? I believe only the hungry-male crowd would do such things and they’d rather save Riza than her IMHO.

So, I guess Gaby made the right choice after all. Good luck with your endeavors.

Sino yung Mariel’s friend? Zanjoe ikaw ba yun?

Kagabi ay pinakita ang special task ni Mariel na magpicture ng mga housemates sa kanilang pinaka hindi glamorosang look at ng housemate na may pinakamaduming paa. Ang mahirap lang sa task na ito ay secret ito at hindi dapat malaman ng mga housemates na kumukuha siya ng litrato. Naging matagumpay naman si Mariel kahit na nung una ay natakot siya na baka makita siya ni Megan. Buti na lang hindi.

At dahil successful siya sa kanyang task binigyan siya ng proze ni Kuya. Ano yung prize? Binigyan siya ng chance to call two people. Ang una niyang tinawagan ay ang kanyang lolo. Binati lang naman ito ni Mariel ng Happy Birthday dahil hindi niya ito nabati noon dahil nga nasa loob siya ng Bahay ni Kuya.

Ang panagalawang tawag naman ay hindi ipinaalam kung sino. Nag-beep kasi nung binati ni Mariel yung kanyang friend. Parang “Hello, hi habang sinasabi ni Mariel ang panagalan ng kanyang kaibigan.” Ang nasabi lang naman ni Mariel ay namimiss na niya ang kanyang kaibigang ito at palagai niya itong naiisip. Dahil madumi ang aking isip, inisip ko agad na itong Mariel’s friend na ito ay si Zanjoe. Yup, nung isang time na inasar si Mariel ni Kuya bye playing a tape of Zanjoe’s voice saying: Hi, housemates, keep on shining!’ ang sinabi lang naman ni Mariel ay close sila ni Zanjoe at friends sila. So papasa naman si Zanjoe sa description na Mariel’s friend diba? Tapos after ng conversation ay siyempre naiyak at naluha itong si Mariel. It was something like she hasn’t talked to her significant other for quite sometime and tapos nakausap na niya ito ulit.

Siyempre natuwa si Mariel at parang nalungkot din since na-miss niya talaga yung ‘friend’ niyang ito. Kung friend lang ba ito? Bakit ganun ang naging reaction ni Mariel? Ok fine, maybe may super close friend lang si Mariel na ayaw ng publicity. Or maybe since ayaw pang umamin ng dalawa e hindi muna pinangungunahan ng PBB crew kung ano nga ang meron ang dalawa. Tama kaya ako? Sino sa palagay niyo yung tinawagan ni Mariel? Si Zanjoe nga ba ito?

Toni teaches Mcoy and Yayo how to swim.

When Toni went inside the PBB house, Kuya told her that she can leave after she finishes some tasks. Last Monday, Kuya instructed Toni to teach Mcoy and Mommy Yayo how to swim. Her tip: “don’t fight the water, flow with it”. Being patient to her task, Toni finally succeeded, when Mcoy and Yayo were finally able to swim without her assistance (and without a kickboard 😉 ).

Having achieved their goal to learn how to swim, Kuya gave a prize for Mcoy and Yayo. Both being parents who misses their families, especially their children, Kuya gave Yayo and Mcoy a heartwarming surprise.

Though blindfolded, Yayo was given a chance to be with her youngest son in the confession room for a minute, with lots of hugs, kisses and loving words. Mcoy, on the other hand, was made to watch a video of her daughter while she was opening the gift he gave for her birthday (in exchange for him being a “barbie doll”). As expected, both parents became very emotional with Kuya’s surprise, but definitely charged with a renewed spirit to continue living inside the PBB house.

Will, willingly loses to Riza?

While riding mini-pedal trikes, the housemates had to outwin one another in this week’s Grand Prix to be the next Head of Household.

The housemates had to finish one lap for the first three qualifying rounds.

First round: Yayo, Mariel, Ethel and Riza (winner)
Second round: Victor, Jon and Will (winner)
Third round: Mcoy, Gaby and Ruben (winner)

For the final round (3 laps), Riza, Will and Ruben were contending for the Head of Household title. On Kuya’s signal, all three of them started to pedal, but Will was noticeably not doing his best on purpose (since he was obviously good during the qualifying round). Was this to help Riza take the lead? Ruben, on the other hand, was close behind. He nearly overtook Riza on the final lap, only if Will didn’t block his way.

Hmm…can this be love? 🙂 Crush lang siguro 😉 But it was sweet of Will to give way to Riza, even if he had a strong chance of winning and enjoying the perks of being Head of Household. Sorry Ruben, naharangan ka pa tuloy.

Where’s Gaby?

The housemates woke up last Sunday to find their racer housemate, Gaby Dela Merced, missing. So, where’s Gaby?

Maybe she went to the doctor. – Mariel

Tama naman si Ethel, nag-race nga si Gaby, pero hindi sa San Lazaro, kundi sa Subic! Yep, you heard it right, Gaby was out of the house and back on the race track…just for a day.

After four months without practice, Gaby is back to burn some tires. Due to her long break, her trainer made sure that she run a few laps first for warm-up and to get familiar with the track. In the middle of the race however, she experienced some engine trouble and therefore had to stop for a while. When her team finally managed to change her engine, the battery just had to die too and add up to the tension. Must have been very frustrating. After changing the car battery, Gaby was off to race again. And just like any fairy tale…este telenovela (eto na pala ang uso), pagkatapos maapi ng bida, sa ending sya pa rin ang panalo!

Gaby won first place, and her win couldn’t have been so much sweeter.

…pwede lumabas ng bahay Kuya?

OA lang ba si Mariel?

Last night, Big Brother gave Mariel a letter with Toni being the messenger of this letter. Sabi ni Big Brother kay Toni, hindi dapat malaman ng ibang housemates ang tungkol sa sulat na iyon. Pati yata sa mga viewers hindi pa pinapaalam kung para saan ang sulat na ‘yun. Kaya lang from Mariel’s reaction, mukhang tungkol yung sulat sa paglabas niya. Hula lang naman yun, yun din naman yung iniisip ni Mariel. Mariel could be wrong, parang ni hindi niya pa nga nabuklat yung sulat. Unless hindi na lang pinakita kagabi… Anyway, kung totoo ngang lalabas na si Mariel, mas matindi pa yung paglabas niya kaysa sa pagpasok niya. Pagpasok niya, I’m gonna die! 2x ang drama niya na understandable naman dahil nga sino ba naman ang hindi magkakaroon ng nervous breakdown kung ikukulong ka sa isang bahay at di ka paalisin. Kagabi naman todo ang iyak, hindi ko nga alam kung anung term yung dapat gamitin, kung iyak ba yun, o hikbi, or whatever. Siyempre nalulunkgot siya na aalis na siya. Ang hirap kasi hindi niya alam kung ano ba talaga siya. Feeling ko kasi nag-eexpect si Mariel na sia siyang regular housemate. Ako rin nung una akala ko ganun, kasi nga sa pag-uusap nila ng manager niyang si Boy Abunda, parang regular housemate siya at Boy even wished for her to win. Yun kasi yung mahirap kay Mariel dito. She doesn’t even know what she is, or what happens next for her. Parang nakabitin siya at anytime she can be pulled out. So what can I say about her crying last night? I don’t really know what to say. Siguro ang sasabihin ng iba, ‘ang arte naman ni Mariel’ or ‘ang OA niya naman.’ Kayo what do you think?

New season, new look

Hi guys. Two weeks na ang Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 pero hindi pa rin ako masyadong nakakapag-post ng mga bagay bagay. Hindi pa kasi ako masyadong nakakapanood. Pero anyway, thanks pa rin sa pagvisit ng site na to. Hopefully I could write more in the next few days. Dapat lang may internet connection na ko sa bahay e. Dati sa office lang ako nagsusulat ng updates for this site. Hehe. Kung napansin niyo, may new look na rin yung site. Minor changes lang naman pero hopefully you’ll like it. Another update about this site, Tatlo na kaming nagcocontribute sa site na ‘to. Dati kasi ako lang at yung webmaster. Ngayon, may nadagdag na isa pa. At least ngayon may female point of view na rin. Mas exciting na kasi kahit kaming mga contributors pwedeng mag-away away dahil sa iba’t ibang naming opiyon about the housemates, about Big Brother, o kahit ano pa. It’s Toni’s turn inside the PBB house!

“I’m gonna die, I’m gonna die!”

That was Mariel’s hysterical lines when Big Brother surprisingly announced that she was going to be a houseguest. Now, it’s main PBB host, Toni Gonzaga’s turn to live inside the PBB house.

The day after Mariel went in the house, Kuya fooled around with Toni, when she brought housemate Ethel Booba in the house. Toni, obviously uneasy knowing what happened to her co-host the previous day, kept asking “Kuya, pwede na ba kong lumabas? Sino pong magho-host ng show? Live pa po ba tayo?” Kuya simply answered “Sige Toni pwede ka nang lumabas…kung makakalabas ka.” And to poor Toni’s surprise, the door was locked. She was almost crying, pleading to Kuya that she has a scheduled shoot the next day. To her relief, Kuya let her go that time.

Last night was a different story. While she was inside the house to “award” medals to the second round of nominees, Kuya called her to the confession room once again. “Toni, matagal na kitang nakakasama sa PBB, pero hindi pa kita lubusang kilala”. Toni was instructed to get the box beside her, which made her sure as to what was going to happen next.

The box contained her lapel mike, making it official that she is the newest PBB houseguest! She was definitely more calm than Mariel was, maybe because after Kuya fooled her the first time, she knew that she could be sent inside the house any moment. Though someone else might have packed her things for her, I think Kuya’s teaser helped prepare her mentally and psychologically for what she was expecting to happen. For sure, her manager already arranged her tight schedule to accommodate her indefinite stay in the house.

I’ve always tried to imagine Toni living inside Kuya’s house. And now that she is, I think she’ll be a good balance to Ethel Booba (since Jen isn’t around anymore…hehe) and Baron Geisler. What do you think?
