PBB Season 2’s Wendy Valdez

I haven’t seen much of her in PBB Season 2 yet so I guess wala pa ko masyadong masabi. Though ngayon pa lang may mga naririnig na kong ibang tao na they don’t like Wendy. They’re girls mostly. Ingit lang ba sila? I don’t really know. Pero I really hope na after this Wendy becomes a big name.

Nakikita ko na kasi siya before pero I guess hindi pa siya nabibigyan ng malaking break until now. So saan ko na siya nakita? Aside from Binibining Pilipinas, ka-batch niya si Precious Lara Quigaman, may TV show din siya dati. I’m not sure kung active pa yung show na yun. It’s in Chanel 5. Saturdays or Sundays yata yun at around noon. Nakalimutan ko na yung title nung show pero parang about travel yung theme nung show. Parang extreme something yung title nung show. Ang mga kasama niya dun is yung sila Marvin Agustin, Andrew Wolfe, Gwen Garci, and others. Do you remeber seeing that? And yung last na nakita natin si Wendy is sa Pinoy Dream Academy. I was actually routing for her pero I guess hindi siya nakaabot. I hope she really makes it big since her family needs her.

Saicy is my early PBB Season 2 Favorite

She’s not as attractive as Wendy pero attractive din. What I like about her is nung sinabi niya sa VTR niya na nakatapos siya ng Education sa college pero hindi siya nakapasa sa board exam kasi hindi naman siya matalino. I find the way she answered that question very honest and sincere. Napaka-earnest niya nung sinabi niya yun. I hope I see more of her in the coming episodes. I also hope she becomes a favorites of many PBB Season 2 fans like me.

An anti-climactic opening for PBB Season 2

Ok fine. At least I have something to look forward to every night. It’s been a few months since I religiously watched something on TV. Kaya nga kahit na 12 na hinitay ko pa rin matapos yung opening ng season 2 kahit na I have work from 9am to 6pm the next day.

Medyo natapos tuloy yung gabi in an anti-clamctic note. I didn’t really like it. I’m sure other fans of PBB share the same sentiment. Kayo? Ganun din ba ang feeling niyo?

The bigger and better House for Pinoy Big Brother Season 2

The Pinoy Big Brother House for Season 2 is definitely bigger and better. The garden is quite impressive having a pond, a waterfall, and a bridge. The confession room is also much bigger. I also like the effect done on the outside wall of the confession room. It seems to be made of vertical stripes of mirror and another material which is actually used mostly in magic shows. I don’t know if the designers thought of it but it could standfor the ‘magic’ that happens inside the walls of the confession room. Even the chair of the confession room has its own significance. It reminds me of chairs that are used by beauty queens. There is a term used for those kinds of chairs. It’s referred to as a a peacock chair or something like that in architecture. I think I have already said a lot about the house but I’m not done yet since I haven’t mentioned my personal favorites. The bedrooms are very nice. The boys’ bedroom is ok, and the girls’ bedroom is very much conducivefor building friendships with its round design. The restrooms are also much nicer this time around. There is a separate men’s room and ladies’ room but the bath area isn’t segregated. There’s a bathtub, and a shower area good for three people. Because of this I’m kinda waiting for a PBB Season2 Bathroom Scandal. Hehe. Anyway aside from the aesthetics of the house, another good thing that this season 2 brings for the housemates is the gym inside the PBB house. At least the housemates would have a means to exercise and reduce some unwanted fat while inside the house. I guess we wouldnt have another Uma or Jason who gained as much as 40 pounds while inside the house.

Bruce Quebral on PBB2?

Bruce Quebral

I just got a rumor from a very reliable source that gay magnet Bruce Quebral is one of the remaining housemates slated to enter the PBB house in the next few days.

This hottie of a model (I sound so gay saying this) used to play for the UP Maroons in one of their never–ending losing seasons. But who cares? His fans don’t give a damn about the Maroons, they just want him bare!

You heard it here first: Bruce Quebral is on Pinoy Big Brother Season 2!

Note: To the photographer who took the pictures I reposted above, please leave a comment and I’d gladly credit you and link to you, or remove the image if you desire. I couldn’t help doing a great service to our female readers as quickly as possible. 🙂

Just 6 Housemates?

Pinoy Big Brother 2

Tonight’s PBB2 launch has just concluded with six housemates officially inside the house. Just six! I think kuya is reaching into his bag of tricks to get the intrigue and interest going.

Having only six should be rather simple and peaceful for everyone, but he made sure he had a Fil–foreign inside who can speak neither Filipino nor English. I couldn’t imagine how the next few days would turn out with all the conversational confusion as well as the surprise as the remaining housemates are introduced into the house.

2nd Set of Housemates

Pinoy Big Brother 2

The second set of housemates has just entered the big brother house, and it seems finally we have something interesting.

Saicy is from Bacolod and Gee-ann is from Quezon City. The sixth housemate to enter is Mickey from Switzerland, who can’t speak a word of English and should provide all the possible twists in the next few days.

Mickey entered the house and went directly inside the house, unlike the others who stayed in the garden. Of course it doesn’t make sense to the others for now. So what happens next?

Season 2 launch ongoing

Pinoy Big Brother 2

The launch of Pinoy Big Brother Season 2 is now ongoing with the the first three housemates now officially inside the house: Ezekiel from Australia, Wendy from Navotas, and Nel from Iloilo. Of the three, I think Wendy is genuinely interesting and very pretty. Love ko na sya!

Expectedly, the show’s host are very noticeable. Bianca is sexier than ever while Toni and Mariel are just as beautiful as before. More to come in the next few minutes.

Pinoy Big Brother Season 2

Pinoy Big Brother Season 2 is about to start. I was a bit surprised since I thought it would begin mid March but I saw this ad on Studio 23 that their coverage would start on February 26 (Monday). This would mean that the grand opening would be the Saturday before that or February 24. I’m a bit excited since after a long time, I would again be forced to leave the office early just to catch my daily dose of PBB. I’m not so sure what to expect. Though I’m kinda sure the mixof new housemates would also be interesting since a huge part of the show’s success would have to belong to the people’s dislike or like for the housemates.
I just hope I won’t be disappointed.

Kim and Gerald Overload

From television commercials, print ads, and tv shows, it seems people can’t get enough of Kim and Gerald. They’re literally everywhere. Well of course not all people agree to this. Just like my friend’s mom said on the week before the teleserye Sana Maulit Muli started. Back then, they always played this full length advertisement for Sana Maulit Muli and if you’re not really a fan then it could really get to your nerves. My friend’s mom used the word overkill to refer to this. My friend just answered, ‘That’s what you call marketing.’ I think I see now my friend’s point. Kim and Gerald are ABS-CBN’s latest best selling commodity. So if they want to sell more, they just have to do their marketing well and wait for the results. For now the results seem to be positive with advertisers joining the Kim and Gerald bandwagon. Who knows, Kim and Gerald may just be the needed pieces for ABS-CBN to reclaim the number one spot in Philippine TV.
