PBB Updates!

The teen housemates will never get bored inside the Pinoy Big Brother House. This is what we saw yesteday on Pinoy Big Brother Primetime as the teen housemates seemed to enjoy each other’s company as they danced with feelings during the first rainfall after summer. The male housemates minus Gerald danced to the tune of Vhong Navarro’s Don Romantico while soaking in the rain drops. The other teen housemates also enjoyed watching all these happen. Because of this, Gerald decides to join the fun. The amazing Amerasian from Olongapo was also present while this whole thing was happening. Brenda also joined the gang in dancing.

Not to be outdone were the girls. They also requested Big Bro to play a song inside the house so they could dance as well. They danced Sandara’s latest hit Ang Ganda Ko. They were not good as the guys though who danced with feelings. Will the guys continue to dominate the house? Or will the girls step up as we move into the homestrecth of Pinoy Big Brother Teen edition? Continue to catch PBB Teen Edtion Prime time to find out.

It seems that the force of gravity was too much for Mikee, ang pambata ng Atenista. After trying to climb the rope challenge which was set in the garden area of the Big Brother House, Mikee found it hard to climb the rope further saying he feels his shoulder will be dislocated if he goes on with the task. I guess with that the other girl housemates like Olyn felt ok to give up as well since Mikee did. With this Mikee was ‘beaten’ by Brenda and Kim. Though they had their obstacles and challenges in the rope climbing task, they were able to finish it. Will Kim be turned off at Mikee because of this?

Isa sa maraming pinakita kagabi ang nangyaring graded recitation ng mga housemates tungkol sa Teen Commandments. Apat lamang sa mga housemates ang matagumpay na nagtapos sa pag-recite ng teen commandments. Ang mga housemates na ito ay sina Jamilla, Joaqui, Mikee at Clare. Dahil ‘baguhan’ sa bahay itong si Joaqui, inatasang gawing tutor niya para sa Teen commandments itong si Jamilla. Dito siguro nagmula ang isyu na nag-uunay sa kanilang dalawa. Bilang ‘prize’ para kay Joaqui pinapanood si Joaqui ng isang clip sa mga usapan ng ilan sa kanyang mga housemates. Nababastusan nga ba kay Joaqui ang mga teen housemates lalo na ang kababaihan? Too put it bluntly, namamanyakan ba ang mga female teen housemates kay Joaqui kaya nila nasabi yun? Parang ganun kasi ang dating kasi sabi nga ng mga female teen housemates bakit si Joaqui ganun e yung ibang boys hindi naman. At least nalalaman natin kung bakit ba napakaraming votes na nakuha nitong si Joaqui sa nakaraang nomination. Ito pala ang naging dahilan kung bakit siya pinagdamit babae ni Big Bro. Naway may natutunana siyang aral sa punishment niyang iyon.

Last week a replacement for teen housemate Aldred entered the Pinoy Big Brother House in the person of Taekwondo guy Joaqui. With Bam’s forved eviction, another teenager’s life blooms into our TV screens. Big Brother has been kind enough to select another female teen from the tens of thousands of auditioners. She is no other than Brenda Fox. Brenda Fox? Wow, ang taray ng pangalan. Brenda is sixteen years of age and hails from the City of Olongapo. This kinda explains her foreign origin. She claims to be an unwanted child as her father would have wanted for her to be aborted. Good thing her mother disagreed. At this young age she could be called a beauty queen. She ended her term as Ms. Zambales Tourism just last week. She seems to be nice and kind. And she sounds intelligent too. We’ll see if she trully is an Amazing Amerasian from Olongapo.

Sa linggong ito apat ang nominado for eviction. At dalawa sa kanila ang mapapalayas sa linggong ito. Ang good news nga lamang ay mas masuwerte sila kay Mikki dahil tuwing Sabado na ang eviction at wala ng eviction pag Wednesday. At since napagusapan na rin natin itong si teen housemate Mikki, kahit na ang first impression ko kay Mikki ay siya ang magpapagulo sa teen housemates just like Mich Dulce. It turns out ay ok din naman pala itong si Mikki. Sa mga teen housemates nga e si Mikki ang pinakaarticulate. Tanungin mo siya about anything at susubukan niya itong sagutin sa kanyang kakayahan at ng hindi nahihirapan i-express kung anong gusto niyang sabihin. Kaya nga sa lahat ng mga housemates na nainterview ni Asia Agcaoili sa PBB on Studio 23 every Saturday, I think si Mikki yung pinaka-ok na ex housemate na naging guest ever sa show ni Asia.

Anyway balikan natin ang apat na nominated housemates. Obviously pagpasok pa lang ng housemate na si Joaqui ay makikitang manonominate ito agad dahil malakas ang kanyang dating. Kitang-kita naman sa votes na nakuha niya. A total of 13 points ang nakuha niyang dami ng votes. I guess medyo sure na yun na isa siya sa dalawang maaalis on Saturday. I think unpopular siya sa mga viewers din, hintayin na lang natin yung results on Saturday and then we’ll see if ganun nga ang mangyari.

So isa na lang sa mga teen housemates ang dapat mag-alala since sure medyo sure na si Joaqui ang isa sa lalabas? Matira kaya ang dalawang babae? O gumana naman kaya ang hatak ni Fred sa mga girls? Wala pa ako masyadong naririnig about other people’s reaction on Fred or Clare. Ang medyo alam ko lang yung pulso ng iba is regarding Jamilla. Mukhang hindi naman naging sagabal for her ang kanyang pagiging teen-age mom para hangaan ng iba. I think she too has her own set of supporters. Even the ex teen housemates na sina Mikki and Aldred have chosen her to be their bet to win it all. Given this, I guess she will be spared from eviction on Saturday. So it’s a battle between Clare and Fred. Ok naman si Fred sa mga ginagawa niya sa loob ng bahay. I guess siya yung pinakamasipag sa paglilinis. As for Clare naman, ok din naman siya. I guess wala naman siyang nagiging kaaway inside the house. Hindi naman siya maarte at may ambisyon din naman siya. Clare adds a different flavor to the mix of teen housemates. I think ok naman yung title niya na Barrio lass from Bukidnon. And from her actions and her ways inside the house ok din. Native na native ang dating. I hope she gets enough recognition kasi she too has her own style and I think iba ang maturity level niya. Kung ako ang papipiliin si Clare na lang sana ang magstay. I guess marami pa siyang puwedeng ipakita. Actualy mahirap pumili sa kanilang tatlo kung sino ang dapat maalis. They all have their unique abilities and add-ons inside the house. May the two most deserving teen housemates stay.

Sa paglabas nitong si Niña, ang pinakakakakitaan ng kalungkutan ay itong si Fred. Ano naman kaya ang tingin ni Niña dito? Mukaha namang naging mutual ang naging tinginan ng dalawa. Kaya nga nagseselos si Bam diba? Sa bagay mahirap din talagang basahin itong si Niña, mukha din kasi siyang player e. Or si Niña yung tipong girl na mahilig lumabas, gumala at magparty at makipagkaibigan pero hindi nagseseryoso. Who knows? Sa mga nakakakilala kay Niña, siguro sila na lang ng nakakaalam kung ano ba ang iniisip niya.

Pero mukang malinaw na naman ang lahat kung ang panig ni Fred ang titignan. Ayon nga kay Fred sa kanyang naging confession, kung kailan pa siya napapalapit sa isang hiousemate ay doon pa ito naalis sa bahay. Nagustuhan ko ang sagot ni Fred sa tanong ni Big Bro sa kung anong gusto niyang sabihin kay Niña. Ang sabi ni Fred, sasabihin niya na lang yun sa harap ni Niña. That’s nice for a change. Basta isa lang ang malinaw sa aming viewers: nakita namin ang holding hands niyo ni Niña. Holding hands lang naman yun e. O well, pasensya na Niña at Fred malisyoso lang talaga kami.

Mukhang nagkatotoo ang mga naging initial comments ng mga teen housemates nung bagong pasok pa lamang sila sa loob ng Pinoy Big Brother House. Ang sabi kasi ng girl teen housemates, na kamukha ni Niña si Roxie Barcelo. At dinagdagan pa nila ito na ang Rico for Niña ay si Bam. Tulad ni Roxie and Rico, away bati din ang drama nitong sila Bam at Niña habang nandoon pa sila sa loob ng bahay. At kung natatandaan pa natin from celebrity edtion, magkasunod na lumabas itong sila Rico at Roxie. Rico got evicted while Roxie went out to attend her graduation the day after. Whether inside the Pinoy Big Brother House or sa paglabas ng Bahay ni Kuya, magkasama pa rin itong sila Bam at Niña.

At sa paglabas nitong si Bam ay hindi pa rinnagbabago ang opinyon ko sa kanya. Nakakainis pa rin siya in his own way. I guess hindi mo talaga ma-ple-please ang lahat ng tao. Marami mang natutuwa sa mga ginawa ni Bam sa loob ng bahay, marami pa ring tao tulad ko na may ibang opinyon. Para naman kay Niña, I hope she gets to help her mom even when she goes out of the PBB house. Since siya naman sa mga teen housemates ang may pinaka ‘model’ ang dating, naway makuha siya sa mga commercial o tv shows o iba pang endorsements. I guess hindi naman mahirap yun para sa kanya since maganda naman ang rehistro niya sa tv at sa mga pictures. Makatulong sana siya sa kanya mom para hindi na sila masyado namo-mroblema sa rent or sa kahit na anong financial na bagay. Good luck na lang sa inyo teen housemates. Naway maging maganda ang takbo ng buhay niyo paglabas ninyo sa outside world.

Teen housemates Kim and Joaqui violated a house rule last Sunday when newbie Joaqui entered the pinoy Big Brother House. We could have overlooked it but since it happened live just before the PBB Teen edition Primetime, I guess a lot of people like me noticed it. And what was that violation? Kim asked Joaqui the question: ‘Marami bang tao sa labas?’ Joaqui then answered positive.

So will this make them automatic nominees for the next eviction? I don’t know. But I guess they will have to suffer the consequences of their actions. The other housemates have also violated more houserules. Because of this Big Brother summoned all housemates to the confession room to remind them of all the violations that they did. Only three housemates didn’t commit a single violation. This made them the only recipients of the prize for their labor day task. Find out later on PBB Primetime who they are and what their prize was.

I first saw Nina as a sosyalera and a maarte girl pero nakakatawa din pala yung pagiging kikay niya. First, gusto ko nung tinanong niya kay Big Bro kung pwede ba maging mixed yung ayos ng kanilang bed assignments.

Kahapon habang nanaonood ako ng PBB sa Studio 23 nung lunchtime, it showed Mikki and Nina at the altar. Mikki had just read the passage for the day for May 1. Siyempre, balisa yung dalawa dahil nominated sila. All of a sudden Nina blurts out: “Look at me, I’m so sabog! Paano na ko i-da-date ni Zanjo? ” Upon hearing this, tawang-tawa talaga ako. Parang nakakainis na nakakatuwa lang. Lalo na na galing sa kanya. I guess ok lang sa kanya na magin maarte kasi kaya niyang dalin. At ok lang naman maging maarte kung ganun yung itsura niya. Sana I see more of her like this para maaliw ako lalo in the coming episodes. Kayo? Naaliw ba kayo kay Nina o ayaw niyo siya?

This afternoon, I received another e-mail. This time the e-mail is about teen hosuemate Jamilla. The teen mom is said to have appeared in the men’s magazine FHM. The e-mail’s text goes like this:

Jamilla posed for FHM…

“Jamilla Natalie Obispo, the teenage mom from Laguna,
admitted that she once posed for the popular magazine for men, FHM.
According to her, she was already 18 when she had the
photoshoot with the said magazine and she then
used the name ‘Natalia’ as the staff of the magazine suggested.”
